Our Story: The Heart Behind QC Dance
QC Dance was born in 2020, during one of the most challenging times in recent history—the pandemic. While the world was shutting down, Natalie and Tony Prado were embarking on two life-changing journeys: opening a dance studio and welcoming their first daughter, Valentina.
With a vision to create a Performance Studio and Dance Learning Center that combined top-tier training with a warm, community-driven atmosphere, QC Dance opened its doors, determined to give dancers a place to grow, express themselves, and find joy—even in uncertain times.
From its humble beginnings, QC Dance quickly gained momentum. Within just three years, the studio earned the Excellence in Dance Education award from the Southern States Business Association, a testament to the dedication and passion behind every class. Under Natalie’s artistic leadership and Tony’s commitment to building opportunities for dancers, QC Dance has grown into a respected, award-winning studio known for its innovative choreography, masterclasses with world-class professionals, and unforgettable performance experiences.
Beyond training exceptional dancers, QC Dance is committed to celebrating the entire dance culture by producing full-scale stage shows and professionally filmed video projects where children can experience the thrill of performing. These productions bring together various dance styles, allowing students to showcase their talents in a way that goes beyond the classroom—giving them a platform to grow, shine, and tell powerful stories through movement.
